To eliminate high drop-off rates at fast-paced job fairs, A multi-step signup wizard was redesigned into a frictionless, single-step onboarding flow. The new layout introduces a camera-based backend parser, allowing candidates to simply snap a photo of a physical resume to instantly auto-fill their profile.
This solution accommodated physical documents without removing digital options, minimizing manual typing to a quick review and confirm step while dramatically boosting usability and on-site onboarding efficiency.
